Don has been a professional athlete, a mentor, a dynamic communicator, and a blessed father and husband. He is, in all these things, a man who is confident of God's vision for his Life. Since his days in the NFL, Don has surrendered all to Christ.

Don's passion for God and love for people is seen on and off the field, in and out of the pulpit. He lives what he preaches. While he is the first to admit that God is still working on him, Don is consumed with the call of God on his life.

Don's ministry is geared toward equipping athlete's and followers of Christ to live lives of IMPACT. Integrity, Meekness, Passion, Availability, Consistency, and Teachability are the essential messages that God uses Don to deliver. His mission is to live his life in such a way that all who see it cannot help but be affected by what they see in Him.
